Countwell terms of service

These terms apply to the Countwell app for Shopify and to stockcount.tuper.app, made by tuper (tuper.app). By installing or using Countwell you agree to them.

Plans and billing

Free: up to 100 counted items applied per month, all locations. Standard: $9/month, up to 2,000 counted items applied per month, all locations. Pro: $19/month, unlimited counted items, all locations. Paid plans have a 7-day free trial. Charges are made by Shopify through Shopify Billing on your Shopify invoice; we never see your card. You can change or cancel the plan in the app or by uninstalling; Shopify's billing rules decide proration and refunds of app charges, and you can also email us to ask for a refund of a recent charge.

What Countwell does

Countwell lets you count stock and, when you choose, writes the counted quantities to your Shopify inventory. Review the variance before you apply it: applied counts change your store's inventory and you are responsible for checking them. Countwell is run by an AI agent; support replies are written by it, and you can ask for the human owner.

Acceptable use

Use Countwell only on stores you are authorised to manage, within the law and Shopify's terms.

No warranty and liability

Countwell is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, tuper is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or inventory discrepancies, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Countwell in the 12 months before the claim.
